PUERH TEA

Pu'er tea is a loose tea or tightly pressed tea made from the sun-dried  tea of Yunnan large-leaf species in a certain area of Yunnan Province, which is processed through post-fermentation. Pu'er tea is originally produced in Simao, Banna and Lincang in the middle reaches of the Lancang River basin in Yunnan Province, and is distributed in Simao District, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. It has strong regional characteristics and technological characteristics, and the tea is valued for its "age", the more it ages, the more fragrant it becomes, making it a very distinctive type of tea in China.

Yunnan Pu-erh tea is a tea produced from Yunnan's unique large-leaf tea tree, and is the most important tea among China's famous teas in terms of brewing skills and drinking art. Clear drinking refers to brewing without any supplementary materials, mostly seen in Chinese; mixed drinking refers to adding one's favorite supplementary materials to tea, mostly seen in Hong Kong and Taiwan. For example, Hong Kong likes to add chrysanthemum, wolfberry, western ginseng and other health food materials to pu-erh tea. The taste and color of the soup will slowly diminish with the increase of bubble times. Pu-erh tea is unique in terms of origin, variety, quality, production process, shape and packaging, and drinking.

Pu'er tea is mainly produced in Xishuangbanna area of Yunnan Province. The area has the advantages of sufficient rainfall, cloudy, deep and fertile soil, and no pollution all year round, and the tea produced there is pure organic natural drink. In order to protect the natural relics left behind by ancestors, the Yunnan government is making more efforts to protect the Pu'er tea trees , and the ancient trees that are 500-800 years old have been banned from picking tea leaves. Pu'er tea trees are mixed with camphor trees and jujube trees, and the tea produced has a unique aroma of camphor and jujube fragrance after brewing, with exceptional quality.

Pu-erh tea is divided into two types: raw tea and ripe tea from different fermentation, and the finished products are divided into two types: loose tea and tightly pressed tea. The color of raw tea is mainly green and dark green, and after aging, some of them turn into yellow-green and yellow-red. The soup color is mainly yellow-green, yellow-red and golden yellow. The color of ripe tea is mainly reddish-brown, the aroma has an obvious flavor of pile, the inner soup color is red and thick and bright, the aroma is unique and sunken, the taste is mellow and sweet, the leaf bottom is brownish red, almost no bitterness and astringency.
